FORT AGUADA:
Fort Aguada is a heritage site from the Portuguese. This fort faces the Arabian sea. It was commonly made to provide defense against dutch and Marathas; at present, it stands as a landmark that divides the cinquirium beach and the candlelight beach. It is constructed along with the lighthouse. This fort was constructed in 1612. The lighthouse was constructed in 1864. This is one of the best places in Goa to visit during summer
BASILICA OF BOM JESUS:
One of the prominent places to see in Goa is an important place for Catholics and the incorrupt body of Saint Francis is kept here this church was made in 1605 and is one of the best examples of bbq style of architecture in the country. It is located in the Konkan region of India. It attracts tourists by its aesthetic view and it is also a pilgrimage center.
PALOLEM BEACH:
Palolem Beach is located in Canacona in Southern Goa, India. During the winter season that is between November and March, it attracts many international tourists. This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the city or at least it used to be before commercialization happened here. Nonetheless, it has a lot of currency and no rough tides. You can easily walk 100 meters into the sea and enjoy the feeling of moving water running through your feet, you can also get an Ayurveda massage while you are there. It is one of the best beaches in Asia.
MAJORDA BEACH:
Majorda is a village famous for beaches located in South Goa. It is a well-known place for organizing carnival festivals. It situates between Utorda and Betalbatim beach. This beach is a half kilometer part of a 25-kilometer wide range of sand along the Arabian sea. Majorda has never been a crowded or busier place. It is a wide and clean beach with white sand.
CANSAULIM MONTE:
Cansaulim is a village located in Mormugao in Southern Goa. It is 25 kilometers apart from the city of Margao and 7 kilometers apart from the town of Mormugao. The Chapel of Three Kings nestles at Cansaulim Monte. In every direction, you can see beautifully whitewashed churches all around you. The Cansaulim beach is a vast range of pristine beaches. On the journey to Monte, you will go through the wide curving roads which cover with trees on either side. It gives a peaceful and beautiful experience
DONA PAULA:
Dona Paula is a village located in Panaji, Goa. It is the best tourist destination. It will give an aesthetic view during summer. During the summer season, it seems like a crowded place. Whereas during monsoon season, it is a calm place. It has been the shooting spot of many movies. Dona Paula beach is famous for its host of water sports. Dona Paula is located in North Goa.
SHRI MANGESHI TEMPLE:
Shri Mangeshi Temple is the temple of Lord Shiva. This is the most magnificent temple in Goa. Shri Mangeshi temple situated at Mangeshi Village in Priol, Ponda Taluka. This is one of the largest temples in Goa and tourists used to visit the temple. The yearly festivals use to celebrate here like Diwali, Rama Navami, and so on. During the period of Marathas, this temple renovates twice. It is best to visit the Shri Mangeshi temple during the summer season.
